Digital Only: My work is digital; no physical goods are provided.

Save Your Files: I may not keep files after 2 months. Please save your purchased designs.

Non-Profit Use: You can use my designs for non-profit personal projects (stories, comics, etc.).

Vtuber/Streaming: Notify me if you intend to use a design for vtubing/streaming; a commercial fee may apply.

Personal Use Only: My artwork is for personal enjoyment, not commercial purposes. You cannot sell items featuring my art and designs or use it to make money.

Credit Required: I retain all copyright to my work. You can share it online with credit to me, but you cannot claim ownership.

Restrictions: You cannot alter my artwork, create NFTs/cryptocurrency with it, or use it with AI technology.

Prices: Listed prices are per character. Additional characters cost extra.

Ordering: To commission me, fill out the form provided. Ignoring this step may delay your request.

Turnaround Time: Allow 1-2 months for your commission to be completed.

Updates: You can message me for an update, but please be patient and avoid daily messages.

Complexity Fees: Props, complex designs, etc., may incur additional charges.

Payment: I require full payment upfront via PayPal invoice after your order is approved.

Refunds: Refunds are only available if I cancel your order. Otherwise, sales are final.

Redesigning Your Design: Feel free to redesign your adopted character, but follow any species TOS (if applicable).

Editing or drawing over my artwork is prohibited. You're welcome to redesign your characters in your own art. If you need me to edit the original art for you, an edit fee applies.

Credit Me: Always credit me for the original design, even if modified.

Co-Ownership: Co-owning designs is allowed, but I am not responsible for any disputes arising from it.

No NFTs/AI/Crypto: You cannot convert my designs into NFTs/cryptocurrency or use it in any and all artificial-intelligience/AI-related technology.

CS/OS Versions: You can create closed/open species versions of your design, but credit me and ensure you have the necessary slots.

Trading/Reselling: You can trade, resell, or gift your design, but not for more than you paid unless it includes additional commissioned artwork.

Blacklisting: Violating my TOS will result in blacklisting.

Respectful Use: Do not use my designs for hateful or offensive content.

Commercial Use: Discuss commercial use with me beforehand.

Prices are doubled if you intend to use our commissions for commercial use
